Even two years ago, there were a lot of CLOs who didn&#039;t recognize this as their responsibility. And likely a few that still don&#039;t.

Extremely well said - and that&#039;s really the point of Jay&#039;s article I would guess. They need to recognize the additional focus to provide coaching and support for these new forms of work and learning.&lt;/em&gt;
