		<description>Sathiraju, you make a valid observation; for any platform to be successful, learner motivation is key. This has always been the case, even in physical instructor led training, learners will absorb nothing if they aren&#039;t motivated in the first place. No reason why it shouldn&#039;t apply to any sort of instructional technology including mobile.</description>

		<description>I agree with the need and potential of m-learning in India.  My company (Talent Tree)  is doing a pilot with 6000 students on Tele Coaching wherein Coaching is provided on telephone.  there are mixed responses to this.  Though we are in the middle of this experiment, the primary feeling is that more than the need and potential, it is the learner&#039;s intent is more critical.  Once the learner intent can be ignited, then i am sure many such platforms can come in to use. </description>
