		<description>We switched LMS providers in January of this year and it was relatively painless. We continued with a hosted model which simplified the switch. With any change there are positives you gain and negatives that you had to give up, but overall I&#039;m satisfied with the switch. Our 1800 employees mostly like the new system, although there are quirks that still frustrate a few, but that is to be expected. I think we made the right decision and the LMS company we&#039;re now with seems to be heading in the right direction.</description>
