We continued with a hosted model which simplified the switch. With any change there are positives you gain and negatives that you had to give up, but overall I'm satisfied with the switch. Our 1800 employees mostly like the new system, although there are quirks that still frustrate a few, but that is to be expected. I think we made the right decision and the LMS company we're now with seems to be heading in the right direction. We switched LMS providers in January of this year and it was relatively painless.
