Thanks for the amazing article - including the links.
The HTML Sketchpad tool is great, it seems that even in this early stage, shows great expectations for the near future of HTML5.
I'm curious about Flash Catalyst - I'll try in the next few days. Maybe it is the bridge to create great e-learning content with stuff produced by the teachers and content-makers. (if you have comments or links about, I'll appreciate that).
One of these days I saw an article about a Flash --> HTML5 converter. It seems that the future is put everything available togheter.
Let's see.
Thanks again for the great post, Sushil!

@Hugo Dom: Thanks for stopping by!
@Lee Graham: I agree with you that we can't guarantee a win for Adobe as of now. We will have to wait till we see release (or at least public beta) of Flash CS5 and Flash support on other devices partnered in Open Screen Project. However, the success of HTML5 do depends on how it gets standardized across browsers/devices and what sort of development tools emerge for it. I hope Adobe may have plans to release such tools once after HTML5 specs are ready.

I'm a beta tester for Flash CS5 and I've released one iPhone app and another is being released this week... completed made in Flash and a database. I'm not guaranteeing a win for Adobe, but I think they have a much better shot at competing with HTML5 than Microsoft's Silverlight.
Lets not forget that HTML5 is nowhere near being completed. At the current state hands down Adobe is kicking it in the teeth. If you look at the <a title="HTML5 Specs" href="http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/Overview.html" rel="nofollow">planned specs for HTML5</a>, it looks impressive. I'm curious to see how well they implement what they propose.
We are living in some very exciting times!
