Sushil has over 5 years of IT experience with the last 4 years being in eLearning Development.
As an eLearning development programmer, he has worked on 56 projects using Flash, Authorware and Captivate. He has been intensively involved in developing architecture for eLearning course frameworks and has a keen understanding of SCORM and AICC compliance. He has developed frameworks for Video- and Game-based learning applications and courses. He also has hands on experience of business and software simulations development.
Prior to joining Upside Learning, Sushil was leading the elearning development team at one of India’s leading eLearning companies. He has also been a Lecturer for MCA and BCA courses at the Rajiv Gandhi College, Nanded, India.
Sushil holds an MSc in Computer Applications from SRTM University, Nanded and a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech Computer Education.
He has an avid interest in the emerging trends in eLearning technology, with a special focus on Flash Component Development, RIA and Multimedia Applications using Flash, Flex, DHTML, and Java. He is happiest when designing and drafting solutions for complex projects.
