Geera has over 7 years of professional experience.
As an instructional designer, she has worked on over 50 projects, analyzing client requirements and content, defining instructional approach and course structure, creating storyboards, and reviewing outputs. She has worked on a variety of projects, covering business and technical simulations, story-based learning, and CBT to WBT conversions.
Prior to joining Upside Learning, she was a consultant with a company providing consultancy services for the design, implementation, and auditing of quality and food safety management systems conforming to international standards. This allowed her to experience a range of industries like IT and ITES, education, GIS, manufacturing, and food processing.
Geera holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and German from Lawrence University, USA, and a Masters in Business Administration from Pune University, India.
