Mallika has two and a half years of work experience, of which the last two years have been in eLearning.
As an instructional designer, she has worked on 45 modules and demonstration pieces on product training, health and safety procedures, soft skills, software simulations, maritime and airport safety, and offshore drilling.
Mallika has a Masters Degrees in Mass Communication and Business Administration from the University of Pune.
Her special area of interest is in story-based learning and developing adaptive learning courses.
