With over 30 years of experience, Simon is a Sales and Marketing professional with a zest to excel. He boasts of a strong understanding of learning and development of eLearning solutions and has to his credit a number of successful product launches in the industry, as well as a proven track record of sales in eLearning and allied fields. His key expertise lies in the areas of lead generation and business development, sales forecasting and planning, relationship and sales team management, product launches and consultative sales. Prior to joining Upside Leaning, Simon has worked in various competitive capacities and roles, right from Consultant and Interim Manager to General Manager – Sales to Director, with a number of leading IT training and publishing organizations. With B.A.in Law & European Business Management, Simon has also completed a couple of Sales oriented courses at the Wharton Business School. His hobbies include sailing, playing chess and running marathons, while his interest lies in jazz piano, in particular, amongst other forms of music.
