The Goal
So you’re in charge of your organization’s Training and Development function. You’ve evaluated several training alternatives and you’re convinced that eLearning could be the answer to at least a few of your organization’s knowledge and skill upgradation needs. Now you have to bell the cat. How are you going to sell this to your boss?
