Our dynamic team of 135 individuals includes learning designers, visual designers, graphic artists and animators, programmers, support personnel, and project managers. Team members have been trained to understand the nuances of developing and delivering learning solutions.
Our friendly, performance–oriented, and safe environment allows us the flexibility to think creatively, while our open–door culture encourages us to express our ideas. We conduct regular open–house meetings where all team members are encouraged to share experiences, suggest alternatives, or raise concerns.
We build competencies by creating opportunities for everyone to demonstrate their talents and prove their leadership abilities. We also conduct regular domain– and role–specific trainings and provide frequent feedback on performance.
