

This European national organization provides training and employment services to its labor market. It aims to enhance skills and capabilities of individuals and enterprises.
The client provides classroom based training programs wherein instructors teach based on standardized slide presentations. The programs are heavily trainer dependent, thus resulting in varying learning messages and outputs. The client wanted to restructure the presentations to enhance the information content, improve the attractiveness, and achieve more standardized learning outcomes.
The content covered a series of mathematical theories. We reorganized these so as to enhance the instructional flow. We started by describing them, and followed this up with supporting illustrations. We then brought in worked examples, which were presented step-by-step, thus reinforcing the lesson. Finally, we allowed learners to check their understanding by applying their skills to assessment calculations.
Through the use of graphics and step-by-step animations, we presented some of the more complex processes and equipments in a simpler manner, to assist understanding.
