LMS Maintenance and Enhancement

Edgeworks is the 'Agency' of choice for many blue-chip and SME companies across the healthcare, retail, financial and professional service markets.

Edgeworks has developed 'Skills365', a web-enabled Learning Management System (LMS), which is offered as an enterprise-wide eLearning and assessment tool.

Edgeworks was looking for a partner skilled in the domains of eLearning, LMS, and internet programming technologies to carry out the maintenance and future developments/further enhancements/future enhancements of Skills365.

Upside had the desired combination of eLearning and LMS knowledge with a very strong background of building web-based systems across many internet programming technologies.

Our team took up the challenge and within a short time could decipher the code behind the Skills365 LMS. We proved our credence with the first few projects. Later on, we built SCORM 1.2 RTE 3 and AICC compliance into the system and enhanced many features of the LMS including the assessment flow, reports, and so on.

With growing confidence in our team, Edgeworks commissioned a large-scale project for implementing a rich LCMS in the system which could let the administrator author SCORM-based courseware using a set of pre-defined templates built on XML protocol.

We now have a dedicated team for Edgeworks to respond to their increasing volume of new enhancements.
