“When you start out at a fresher, there is an anxiety as to what kind of work you would be doing, what would happen if you make a mistake, would you be able to handle the work and the people you are working with, what would your career path be, will what you learnt be put to use etc. I have been with Upside Learning for the past 5 years and during my tenure I have had the opportunity to grow from being a Junior Developer, Associate Developer, Technical Lead and to my current role of Manager – Technical Custom Team. This kind of growth in any other company would have been possible after a considerably long period in terms of years of experience. However, at Upside, I had the opportunity to grow fast in my career and perform different roles. My duration of 5 years itself shows that the company is fulfilling most, if not all my needs.
