   Amit Garg Founder & Director – Custom eLearning Solutions

   Amit is the driving force and the ‘ideas man’ at Upside Learning. He guides our Innovation and Custom eLearning Development teams to deliver the best and continuously improve. He is constantly looking at ways to include newer solutions in our portfolio to help deliver better solutions to our customers. In his 15 years of work life, Amit has played a rich variety of roles as an Engineer in a fertilizer plant (CFCL), Logistics Executive in an automobile company (Maruti), Sales Manager at GM India, and Head of Custom eLearning at another eLearning company in India.

   An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and IIT Kharagpur, he has been associated with the eLearning domain for last 10 years, is passionate about Instructional Design, and has been a Brandon Hall Judge for the past 5 years.

   Amit Gautam Founder & Director – Technology Solutions

   Amit is the techie at Upside Learning. He leads the Technology Solutions team and has played a key role in bringing an innovative approach to the traditional Learning Management System. In his 13 years of professional life, he has had the experience in managing a startup, managing technology projects, consulting on technology solutions, and architecting and developing technology solutions. He has worked with some of the big names in the technology domain namely Tata Infotech, Infosys Technologies, and a leading eLearning company in India.

   An MBA from IIM Lucknow, he has been associated with the eLearning domain for last 10 years, has twice served as a judge for the Brandon Hall awards, and is an active contributor to many eLearning forums.

   Jason Clymer VP Sales - North America

   Jason leads Upside Learning’s Sales division for North America and orchestrates the ongoing sales operations for the entire US market.

   A sales professional with over 10 years of experience, Jason brings on board extensive eLearning knowledge and detailed understanding of the US market. He has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and has to his credit several LMS implementations for organizations of varied sizes, serving different business segments.

   He boasts of a rare combination of technical knowledge and skills combined with professional sales experience. His key expertise lies in the areas of direct sales, consultative sales support and professional services in the enterprise software and consulting industries.

   Sonal Sheth Delivery Manager

   A tough taskmaster, Sonal has executed over 100 projects for clients located in the USA, the UK, Singapore, the Netherlands, Australia, and India. These projects have included application training, product training, process training; game–based learning in domains such as healthcare, wireless technology, soft skills, etc.

   Sonal boasts of over 10 years of experience in the eLearning industry during which she has worked in different domains including Graphic Design, Instructional Design, and Project Management. She has held the position of Senior Instructional Designer in one of India’s leading eLearning companies, where she designed and managed projects related to ILT, processes training, software simulation, etc.

   A Post Graduate Diploma holder in Journalism and Mass Communication from Symbiosis, Pune, Sonal holds a Bachelors degree in Physics with specialization in Photography & Mass Communication from Fergusson College, Pune, and a Dual Diploma in Web Engineering from Arena Multimedia, Pune.

   Abhijit Kadle Senior Manager – Instructional Design

   The ‘Google’ of Upside Learning, as he is fondly called, Abhijit plays a key role in guiding the Instructional Designers and is a chief member of our Innovation team. With more than 12 years of professional experience in multimedia design and development, he has worked on design–driven projects for multimedia kiosk software, interactive CD–ROMs, multimedia instructional simulations, game–based learning environments, computer–based training, web–based training, and learning management systems and standards. He has also managed multiple technical instructional design and development projects for various Fortune 500 companies at another eLearning company.

   A Mechanical Engineer from University of Pune, he has been active in the design of electronic instruction for the last 9 years and holds interest in multifarious subjects ranging from genetics, evolutionary biology, biochemistry, engineering, technology, computing to electronic games, media, communication, and the design of user experience and interaction.

   Geera Bellare Manager – Instructional Design

   Leading the Instructional Designing team, Geera boasts of over 9 years of professional experience. As an instructional designer, she has worked on 50+ projects of varying types, covering business and technical simulations, story–based learning, and CBT to WBT conversions. She is proficient in analyzing client requirements and content, defining instructional approaches and course structures, creating storyboards, and reviewing outputs. Besides, her prior experience as a Consultant has exposed her to a range of industries like IT and ITES, education, GIS, manufacturing, and food processing.

   An MBA from Pune University, India, Geera holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and German from Lawrence University, USA and has served as a judge for the prestigious Brandon Hall awards in 2007 and 2008.
7. 

   Abhijit Brahme Manager – Visual Design

   The ‘creative genius’ of Upside Learning, Abhijit is an important member of our Innovation team and also guides Graphics Designing team. He boasts of a total of 13 years experience in visual design and communications, of which the last 8 have been in eLearning. He has vast experience in visual communication, information designing, GUI designing, desktop publishing, print designing, and interactive multimedia presentations, and has worked with a wide array of image editing, drawing, 2–D and 3–D animation, publishing, web designing, and audio– and video–editing tools.

   During his professional life, Abhijit has worked as an Instructor in a graphic design institute, conducted public seminars and corporate training programs on visual design tools, and simultaneously worked as a freelance designer.

   A Diploma holder in Commercial Arts from Abhinav Kala Mahavidhayalaya, Pune, he has also done a Certificate Course in Web Design from SEED, Pune.
