We actively look for Authorized Resellers who can sell UpsideLMS and/ or Upside2Go to their clients.

These resellers play a vital role in pre-sales activities and, with adequate training, are expected to close sales with support as needed from our Sales and Marketing team.

Partners in this category are entitled to receive technical, marketing and sales information as well as are given full access to the sales tools to support them in their sales endeavor.

Program Requirements

  1. Be an independent company that provides eLearning services and products to appropriate customers
  2. Have a proven ability to independently sell applicable products and represent our company in a professional manner
  3. Have trained sales representatives
  4. Have trained technical consultants/ sales & support engineers
  5. Feature our company logo and relevant product logos on their website
  6. Allow their company logo and contact information to be listed in the ‘Partner’ section of our website

Individuals/ companies who do not wish to become Authorized Reseller can choose to be our Referral Partners.

Partners in this category primarily focus on introducing UpsideLMS and/ or Upside2Go to their existing customers or network along with a reference and recommendation.

Individual consultants and organizations who are not in the business of providing learning solutions could also easily become our Referral Partners. Obligations and expectations from such partners are very limited and commissions are immediately due on successful business closure with the provided reference.

All marketing, pre-sales and sales related activities are carried out entirely by us and all required assistance is provided to the partner to enable it to introduce/refer UpsideLMS and/ or Upside2Go.

Program Benefits

  1. Commissions on first year license sales to the referred client
  2. Commissions will be paid 7 days after the customer has paid us
  3. Referral partners will receive regular updates on our company, our solutions and services, including marketing information, press releases, etc.

Our Channel Partner program is designed to help channel partners capitalize on our market leadership in the eLearning solutions domain. We actively look for partners around the globe who can sell UpsideLMS and/ or Upside2Go to their clients.

Timely product information and periodic technical/ sales training are among the many benefits of this program, designed to give our channel partners a distinct sales advantage.
