UpsideLMS Enterprise is loaded with Upside Learning's new and exciting Rapid Authoring tool, UpsideRapid. Seamless integration with UpsideLMS Enterprise ensures that the entire process from course creation through to delivery to the right users is transparent and automated.

UpsideLMS Enterprise makes it easy for you to manage a variety of content and media types: SCORM 1.2-, SCORM 2004-, and AICC-compliant online courses; online assessments, case studies, and assignments; files and reference material; online questionnaires for gathering feedback; surveys; virtual classroom sessions; and classroom sessions.

UpsideLMS Enterprise makes it very easy to author, administer, and report on assessments and certifications online. Assessments can be authored to deliver a variety of question types including multiple choice (single-select), multiple response (multi-select), drag and drop, fill-in-the-blanks, and even short answer questions, all through the system interface without needing to install any third party software or plug-in. Non-graded questionnaires (surveys) can also be quickly and easily authored and administered.

Certifications can be linked to assessments, courses, or even curricula, and set up to be issued automatically.

UpsideLMS Enterprise maps a variety of roles and workflows in the system with configuration abilities. Various roles like Administrator, Course Author, Report Manager, Reporting To manager, Department Head, Instructor (Course Faculty or Expert), and Learner are clearly defined in the system. Multiple divisions can be handled seamlessly without having to set up a separate LMS for each division or location. Data and control flows in the system can be defined as per the various roles, eliminating the need for multiple logins or multiple system setups to perform different tasks.

UpsideLMS Enterprise comes packed with a number of standard reports. All key tracking reports include graphical display of data. Reports can be easily scheduled to be automatically sent to a set of email IDs, or can be sent to ad-hoc email addresses as and when needed.

All reports come with an extensive filter set to enable users to drill down into the data to the desired level based on the type of information they require. By default, all reports are ready to export to Excel spreadsheet and Adobe PDF formats. Along with MIS reports, UpsideLMS Enterprise also offers system audit reports at database level to keep a complete control and view on what's being added, deleted, and modified, by whom and when. This helps in tracking both unauthorized activity as well as unintentional mistakes, keeping data safe and secure.

UpsideLMS Enterprise offers a host of support tools for learners to enhance their overall experience as well as provide them adequate help and support at the time they need it.

An integrated helpdesk with complete transaction tracking and predefined FAQs managed by the System Administrator provide support for learners on system-related issues.

Several other tools and features provide learners with additional support. These include the display of important announcements, messages, and notifications on the home page upon logging in; the ability to create one's own events in the calendar and share them with peers, team managers, or the entire organization; a number of pre-set automated email notifications; and a comprehensive search facility.
