Graphic Designer (Print Media)
Qualification:BFA or Applied/Commercial Art (or equivalent).
Experience:4 to 6 years of professional design experience in Print and Digital media.
Tools Knowledge Required:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Coreldraw
- Flash/Animate CC
- After Effects
- Microsoft Office
- Fluency in current graphic design practices and web/print production software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, and Corel Draw.
- Proficient in developing/creating animations/motion graphics using Flash/Animate, After Effects or similar software.
- Good understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, colour theory, and typography in digital and print media.
- Good design style, including creative design solutions.
- A decent understanding of UX and web design principles.
- WordPress knowledge and expertise as an additional good to have skill.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Produce animation/motion solutions and demos created in Flash/Animate, After Effects or similar software
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Work independently on Graphic Design tasks
- Ideation, conceptualization, and production of:
- Online banner advertisements, emailers, landing pages, newsletters, and other online marketing collaterals.
- Print collaterals like magazine ads, leaflets, etc.
- Work with Graphic Designer/s and assist in creating static graphics or animations as per the instructions provided.
- Contribute/exchange ideas during brainstorming sessions with other team members for better designing outputs.
- Update self with the latest technological advances on an ongoing basis.
