Motivation
It is the starting point. Learners should be motivated to take the learning intervention and ‘be there’ till the end. It is important to maintain motivation levels throughout the intervention.
Practice
It is the actual application of the concept or idea without which learning cannot be achieved. Use scenarios or simulations for practice; space the practice and if possible, also interleave it for better learning outcomes
Spaced Retrieval
It is a research-based strategy that improves learning retention dramatically. Rather than massing practice within the same time period, spaced retrieval would mean revising or practicing concepts a little later — after a few weeks or days of the course completion.
