Digital Marketing Lead

Marketing Operations

  • Own marketing operations, campaigns, and results in terms of brand awareness and lead generation. Establish and identify communication timelines, priorities, and deliverables as needed and regularly track them for any gaps
  • Manage and own day-to-day marketing operational needs and priorities
  • Leading relations and operations with marketing vendors, conference organizers, and award bodies
  • Resource planning and monitoring in purview of upcoming tasks
  • Serve as POC for marketing budget
  • Track cost and performance, service levels and other metrics needed to guarantee achievement of campaign goals and objectives

Website Management, SEO, and Email Marketing

  • Managing all website updates and operations
  • Regularly tracking website analytics and search engine performance
  • Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  • Conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of competitors in search rankings.
  • Track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of SEO strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strategizing and crafting content for email marketing and nurture campaigns, and ensuring emails follow industry policies and best practices
  • Setup A/B tests to try out different types and analyse their effectiveness
  • Analyse email campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Work alongside other marketers and relevant stakeholders teams to help distribute content that educates our audience and supports marketing goals

Campaign Management

  • Work with the marketing team to design, create, and monitor marketing campaigns spread across multiple touchpoints
  • Knack to develop creative messaging for different campaigns
  • Own various marketing initiatives like vendor media management, social media management, award submissions, conferences and virtual events, SEO, and PPC campaigns
  • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns and produce reports as needed
  • Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on campaign ROI

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Post graduate in any stream with excellent written and oral communication skills. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience with sufficient expertise in SEO, PPC media, email automation tool(s) and Google Analytics (GA4)

Skills:

  • Proven track record in nimble operational execution with the ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects
  • Dynamic person ready to try new things and tools quickly, comes with a problem-solving attitude
  • Good writing and excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail
