Lead Marketing – Operations

Graduate/Post Graduate. MBA preferred

Marketing Operations:

  • Own marketing operations, campaigns, and results in terms of brand awareness and lead generation. Establish and identify communication timelines, priorities, and deliverables as needed and regularly track them for any gaps
  • Manage and own day-to-day marketing operational needs and priorities
  • Leading relations and operations with marketing vendors, conference organizers, and award bodies
  • Resource planning and monitoring in purview of upcoming tasks
  • Serve as POC for marketing budget
  • Track cost and performance, service levels and other metrics needed to guarantee achievement of campaign goals and objectives
  • Tracking and qualifying marketing leads from all sources
  • CRM management, tracking and analytics

Campaign Management:

  • Work with the marketing team to design, create, and monitor marketing campaigns spread across multiple touchpoints – website, social media, vendor media, email, and more.
  • Own and manage social media calendar and operations
  • Own and manage all digital marketing activities including but not limited to – SEO, PPC, and any other paid campaigns
  • Track and manage ABM campaigns in line with the identified goals
  • Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on campaign ROI and KPIs
  • Managing all website updates and operations
  • Regularly tracking and analysing website analytics and search engine performance
  • Strategizing email marketing and nurture campaigns, and ensuring emails follow industry policies and best practices
  • Analyse email campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Leading and driving all event logistics and operations
  • Liaison with other teams for any marketing support they may require
