Upside Learning has joined hands with New Horizons to jointly offer eLearning solutions in UAE and Kuwait. While UAE will be the primary market for New Horizons, the company will also offer solutions to organisation in Kuwait through its Kuwait-based sister concern.

The two entities have entered into a channel partnership agreement.
